Merry Christmas 2020; or at least Healthy Christmas 2020

I journeyed for a week in my home region of New York State during peak Autumn in October 2020. Here I present, via YouTube, a summary travelogue and history of a vast region of upstate New York. This isn't a video for everyone; it is more than 50 minutes of narrative, lots of music and images. I visited large areas of central and northern New York that are not so familiar to a wider US population -- Otsego County, Herkimer County, Lewis County and Jefferson County, St. Lawrence County, Clinton County and Essex County (the Adirondacks and Lake Placid). Some places of note in the photos and narrative include: Otego Town, Russia, Tug Hill, Lowville and Turin, Naumburg, Croghan, Whetstone Gulf Park, Lake Bonaparte, Alexandria Bay and the Thousand Islands, St. Lawrence River, Adirondack Mountains and wilderness, Whiteface Mountain, and Lake Placid. (Definitely best viewed on large high definition screens of TV or computer, and stereo too.)
